Sparks was the first band I’d heard that had hyper-intelligent lyrics. Ron’s lyrics were so brilliant that he really set a bar for me I wanted to write interesting lyrics and tell stories that have meaning and content. Sparks’ lyrics are like reading an Oscar Wilde book.
